• PrimeHarvest reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel investments at our discretion.

2. Investment Services

• PrimeHarvest provides investment management services across agriculture, real estate, and stock market sectors.
• Minimum investment amount is $5,000, with various investment packages available.
• All investments are subject to market risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Investment terms, returns, and conditions are specified in individual investment agreements.
• We reserve the right to modify investment offerings, fees, and terms with appropriate notice.

3. Fees and Charges

• Operational Risk: Potential losses from inadequate internal processes or external events.

5. Withdrawals and Redemptions

• Profit withdrawals are typically processed within 24-48 business hours.
• Principal withdrawals are subject to investment term restrictions.
• Early withdrawal penalties may apply for term investments.
• Withdrawal requests must be made through your secure dashboard.
• We reserve the right to delay withdrawals in exceptional circumstances for security or compliance reasons.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
• Client information is confidential and only shared with authorized parties as required for service provision.
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
• You consent to electronic communications and agree that such communications satisfy legal requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and proprietary information on our platform are owned by PrimeHarvest.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
• Investment strategies, models, and analytical tools are proprietary intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
• We are not liable for losses due to market conditions, force majeure, or third-party actions.
• You acknowledge that investment decisions are made based on your own assessment of risk.

9. Termination and Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or suspicious activity.
• You may terminate your account by providing written notice and settling all obligations.
• Upon termination, access to your account will be restricted, and funds will be processed according to investment terms.
• Surviving provisions include those related to confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between parties.
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
• The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction specified in your investment agreement.
• Each party shall bear its own costs, with arbitration fees split equally.

11. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PrimeHarvest is incorporated.
• International investors are subject to laws of their jurisdiction and applicable international regulations.
• We comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

12. Amendments

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance.
• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
• Previous versions of terms will be archived and available upon request.
